Hi, I'm Kristen. ​I was eager to make a difference, but I didn't feel like I was achieving it with my work. In 2023, after 10+ years working, I quit my corporate job. I spent time getting clear on what actually matters to me. That work eventually brought me to coaching as a modality to help others through similar challenges and transitions.
